they got back in touch. her old friends, they meant the world to her, a long long time ago. they talked. everything had changed over there. when they talked it was still the same, but the lives they all had, the things they all did, were nothing like they had before. she felt guilty, she felt horrible, for not saying hi all those times they tried getting in touch, for just putting it off, thinking, it’ll all be the same when I do talk to them. they won’t change. but the truth was they did, and she had to catch up now. everything was different. everything. it came as a shock, and they talked about how things were, how they all were together. the truth was, they all grew, and finally became different people.
life can tear you apart, and bring you back together. that’s where the magic is. that’s where you don’t know what to expect.
